More Procedures Now Available on Mobile
The company made a statement and underlined that the updated app facilitated completion of several procedures that were only accessible via the website directly through the mobile app. Moreover, the updated Mobile 186 app was stated to have the features, including reporting outages, meter and index procedures, deactivation-activation requests, reporting illegal use of electricity, quality compensation inquiry and application, and notification of device-dependent patient notification to be accessed swiftly and easily.
The updated mobile app can now help users to view scheduled and fault-related outages on the map. This outstanding new feature of Mobile 186 app allows users to pin their addresses on the map to have easy access to the outage information and view the details of the outage on the map or under the list view. Users can also add these scheduled outages to their phone's calendar and set a reminder. This feature has the purpose of helping customers manage their energy utilization plans in an easier and more predictable manner. Users can also monitor the status of their applications on the app and get instant updates regarding the process.

The updated Mobile 186 offers personalized areas for users to customize according to their needs. Users can view their previous applications and their details, while they can also add multiple subscriptions and personalize them with separate names. The user-friendly updated app allows users to update their personal information such as phone and email details easily, while also monitoring the previous notifications.
